• Vegetarian Flatbread.

SALADS:

• Spinach salad and baby greens with goat cheese, sweet onion, tomato, apple,
bacon bits and walnuts with bacon vinaigrette.
• Mixed green salad with carrot, cucumber, tomato, and sugared walnuts with
orange vinaigrette.

ENTREE’S:

• Baked salmon with lemon and lump crab beurre blanc.
• Rosemary grilled chicken stuffed with spinach, roasted
pepper and boursin cheese, roasted tomato beurre blanc.
• Tender beef tips in burgandy wine sauce over
braised rice pilaf.
(All served with chef ’s Vegetable & Whipped potatoes)
