Earlier this year, the Cecil County Republican Central Committee decided not to host the GOP Chicken BBQ fund raising event at the Cecil County Fair this year, but rather give other republican groups an opportunity to host it during off election years.

CECIL COUNTY - Vincent Sammons, former Vice Chair, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Cecil County Republican Central Committee by a unanimous quorum vote at our May meeting. Vincent replaces former Chairman David Woodruff who resigned in May for a career opportunity.

CECIL COUNTY PATRIOT’S DAY CANCELED Cecil County—Due to circumstances beyond their control, the Cecil County Republican Central Committee regrets to inform the public that the 2019 Patriot’s Day Celebration scheduled for June 22, 2019 has been canceled. *Vendors fees will be refunded within 30 days.

The Cecil County Republican Central Committee welcomes Ron Lobos to the committee. Ron Lobos was approved unanimously to become part of the Republican Central Committee and is the 8th member of the committee.

The Cecil County Republican Central Committee meetings will be now held at Wesley’s Restaurant at 3700 Telegraph Rd, Elkton, MD 21921 starting at 7PM every 4th Tuesday.
